Public art honors Sacramento's urban renaissance.
The mural for this property embodies the spirit of Sacramento—interwoven, evolving, and deeply connected. In collaboration with a local muralist, we worked to design and develop a concept that would complement the city’s vibrant street art scene while reflecting the property's commitment to fostering inclusive, attainable communities. Using balanced geometry and threadlike patterns, the mural visualizes the city’s growth and progression.
Expanding across the southern façade, the composition represents the forward momentum of Sacramento’s urban renaissance. Just as Studio30 paves the way for accessible housing, this mural serves as a visual statement of connection, progress, and possibility.
